OUR PURPOSE, MISSION, AND VISION
Purpose: Our purpose is to prepare youth, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity and religious background, for life and the day to day decision making process. We utilize the game of basketball as a vehicle to demonstrate the importance of making good decisions. An emphasis is placed on maintaining a positive attitude, being coachable, and competing at a high level, all of which are skills that transcend the game of basketball.
Mission: Next Level's mission is to equip kids with the tools necessary to navigate their day to day challenges. Mentors will make themselves available to support kids by listening without judging kids while helping them to understand they are the owners of the decisions that they make.
Vision: Our vision includes meeting kids where they are and assisting them in establishing and consistently striving to achieve both short term and long term goals.
