Terms of Service and Terms of Use

  • Raffle Tickets to win the following
    • $10,000 Digital Raffle ($50 Entry)
    • Charlotte Hornet Tickets ($20 Entry)
• Payment and shipping information
  • Payments are accepted using credit cards or debit cards through Betterworld.  Betterworld is not affiliated with Next Level Youth Development.
  • Betterworld offers an optional service fee to support the free platform that it provides to non-profit organizations.  Raffle participants have the option to opt out of the the service fee requested by Betterworld. 
  • Digital raffle tickets are produced and stored within the Betterworld system of records.  At the end of the raffle, a random drawing will be performed using the Betterworld solution and the name provided through the random drawings will be announced as the winner.
  • Winners of the Cash Raffle will receive funds within 30 days after the raffle results are confirmed.
• Return and Refund Policy
  • All Raffle ticket purchases are final and a refund will not be issued.
• Privacy statement
  • Next Level Youth Development will not share your information with any third parties.
• Limitation of liability disclaimers
  • Next Level Youth Development is not responsible for the Betterworld Raffle tool.
  • A minimum of 200 tickets must be sold to pay out the $10,000.  In the event 200 tickets are not sold, the prize will convert to a 50/50 Raffle.
  • We are in compliance with the SC Secretary of State's office. Winners will have to provide a state issued government I.D.
